Plastic elements

• Slides, stairs, panels, decorations, and roofs are manufactured of food-grade plastic. All parts are rotational molded and perform durable and long-lasting. The wall thickness of plastic parts is more than 8mm, and these parts are anti-UV,anti-static, and anti-crack.

Main columns (tubes/poles)

• Main columns are made of galvanized steel pipes which diameters are 76mm, 89mm, 114mm, and have a thickness of 2.2mm. Those pipes are strong and smooth. Aluminum pipes are optional.

Platforms (decks)

• All platforms are shaped by piercing 2.2mm-thick cold-roll steel sheet, with bores of diameter 6mm, skid-proof, water-proof. The quality and technical standards are conforming to the European EN1176 standard.

Painting

• through high-temperature pre-painting, antirust, and anti-corrosion process.

Other metal parts

• All metal parts are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameters of 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm, and thickness of 2.2mm. Quality and technical standards meet the requirements of the international standard.
